CHEESY DATES COOKIES


Bahan – bahan :

•        Adonan cookies

•        ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound, lelehkan

•        Kurma, buang bijinya

 

Adonan Cookies :

325         gr            mentega

100         gr            gula halus

2              btr          kuning telur

550         gr            terigu protein sedang

3              gr            baking powder

50           gr            maizena

25           gr            susu bubuk

100         gr            Keju Cheddar diparut

 

Cara membuat :

•        Kocok mentega dan gula halus hingga rata, lalu masukan kuning telur sambil terus dikocok hingga lembut. Masukan terigu, baking powder, maizena, susu bubuk, keju parut ,aduk rata. Tipiskan adonan setebal ½ cm.

•        Ambil satu lembar adonan lalu poles permukaannya dengan ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound hingga rata.

•        Susun buah kurma diatasnya, lalu siram lagi dengan ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound secukupnya.

•        Gulung adonan yang telah dilapisi dengan buah kurma , rapatkan lalu simpan di chiller.

•        keluarkan dari Chiller lalu potong potong setebal 1 cm

•          Susun di atas loyang dan oven pada suhu 170*C hingga matang.

Ingredients:

·         Cookies dough

·         Melted ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound

·         Dates, take out the seeds

 

 

Cookies dough:

325 gr butter

100 gr castor sugar

2 eggs

550 gr cake flour

3 gr baking powder

50 gr corn startch

25 gr powdered milk

100 gr grated Cheddar cheese

 

 

How to make it:

·         Whip butter and castor sugar until even, then add egg yolks while whipping until the batter turns smooth. Add cake flour, baking powder, corn startch, powdered milk, and grated cheese, mix well. Thin the dough to make it ½ cm thick.

·         Take one dough then smear the surface with ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound until all surface are covered.

·         Arrange dates on top of it, then smear it with some more Chefmate Dark Chocolate Compund.

·         Roll the dough with the dates in it, then store it in a chiller.

·         Take the dough from the chiller, then slice it into 1 cm thick-size

·         Put the 1-cm sliced dough on a baking pan and put it in the oven of 170°C until it’s done.
