Brownies Pie

Just try this at home !

Bahan – bahan :

  • Adonan sugar dough
  • Adonan brownies
  • Chocolate mousse
  • Whip cream, strawberry, chocolate sauce, untuk dekorasi
  • ChefMate White chocolate ” brake decoration”

Adonan sugar dough :

150         gr            gula halus

300         gr            mentega

1              btr          telur

500         gr            terigu protein sedang

 

Cara membuat :

·         Kocok gula dan mentega hingga rata, lalu masukan telur, kocok lagi hingga rata.

·         Masukan terigu, aduk rata.

·         Simpan adonan dalam chiller, hingga siap digunakan kemudian.

·         Ambil adonan secukupnya, tipiskan di atas plastik lalu cetak ke dalam cetakn pie.

 

Adonan brownies :

100         gr            ChefMate Dark chocolate Compound

100         gr            mentega

160         gr            gula pasir

2              btr          telur

60           gr            terigu

15           gr            cokelat bubuk

25           gr            almond slice

 

Cara membuat :

1.       Kocok telur dan gula hingga berbusa.

2.       Ayak terigu dan cokelat bubuk lalu masukan dan aduk rata.

3.       Tim mentega dan ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound jadi satu hingga leleh lalu masukan dan aduk rata.

4.       Masukan almond , aduk rata.

5.       Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan pie yang sudah dialasi dengan sugar dough, lalu oven pada suhu 180*C selama 25 menit.

 

Chocolate mousse :

100         gr            susu cair

200         gr            ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound

7              gr            gelatine, rendam dg 20 gr air es

250         gr            whip cream, kocok

 

Cara membuat :

·         Masak susu hingga mendidih lalu tuang ke dalam ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound, aduk rata.

·         Masukan rendaman gelatine, aduk rata.

·         Masukan whip cream sedikit  demi sedikit hingga rata.

·         Cetak dengan  ring plastik lalu simpan dalam freezer higga keras.

 

Penyelesaian :

1.       Letakan chocolate mousse diatas brownies pie.

2.       Spuitkan whipcream diatasnya.

3.       Letakan strawberry diatas whipcream.

4.       Siram dengan sauce cokelat

5.       Hias denag lempengan cokelat dari ChefMate White Compound.

Ingredients:

  • Sugar-dough batter
  • Brownies batter
  • Chocolate mousse
  • Whip cream, strawberry, and chocolate sauce for decoration
  • ChefMate White chocolate ” brake decoration”

Sugar dough batter :

150         gr            castor sugar

300         gr            butter

1                              egg

500         gr            cake flour

 

How to make it :

·         Whip the sugar and butter until even, then add the egg, mix well.

·         Add flour, mix well.

·         Store the dough in a chiller, until it’s ready for to be used later.

·         Take enough dough, thin it on a plastic, then mold it into pie tin.

 

Brownies batter :

100         gr            ChefMate Dark chocolate Compound

100         gr            butter

160         gr            castor sugar

2                              egg

60           gr            flour

15           gr            cocoa powder

25           gr            sliced almond

 

How to make it :

1.       Whip the egg and sugar until foamy

2.       Sift the flour and cocoa powder, then add into the batter, mix well

3.       Temper  butter and ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compund until they melt and blend, then add into the batter and mix well

4.       Add almond, mix well

5.       Pour the batter into the pie tin based with the sugar dough, then put it in an oven of 180° C for 25 minutes.

 

Chocolate mousse :

100         gr            fresh milk

200         gr            ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound

7              gr            gelatine, soak in 20 gram of cold water

250         gr            whip cream, whip first

 

How to make it :

·         Boil the milk, then pour into it into a pan with ChefMate Dark Chocolate Compound, mix well.

·         Put the gelatine and mix well

·         Add the whip cream one at a time, until they all mix well

·         Mold it with plastic ring, then store in a freezer until it becomes hard

 

Finishing :

1.       Put the chocolate mousse on top of the brownies pie

2.       Pie the whip cream on top of it

3.       Put a strawberry on top of the whip cream

4.       Pour the chocolate sauce on top of it

5.       Decorate with some chocolate block from ChefMate White Compund
