Donat Kentang Hagel


Terigu Protein Tinggi 750 gr

Gula Pasir 100 gr

Yeast 20 gr

Susu Bubuk 25 gr

Butter 50 gr

Mesis Hagel 200 gr

Aduk semua bahan jadi satu hingga kalis

Gilas dan cetak adonan donat biarkan hingga mengembang 2 x lipat

Setelah dingin celupkan dalam ChefMate Dark Chocolate yang telah dilelehkan

Ingredients:

750 gr of high-grade flour

250 gr of mashed steamed potato

100 gr of castor sugar

20 gr of salt

20 gr of yeast

 5 gr of bread improver

25 gr of powdered milk

2 eggs

50 gr of butter

250 gr of Chefmate Dark Chocolate

200 gr of Hagel chocolate sprinkles

 

 

How to make it:

Mix all ingredients until the mixture blend well and doesn’t stick

Make a round shape, then keep it in the freezer for 15 minutes

FlatTen the dough and make donut shapes out of that dough, let it rest until it develops twice its original size

Fry with medium heat until it’s thoroughly cooked

Once the donuts are cool, dip them on melted ChefMate Dark Chocolate

Sprinkle with HAGEL chocolate sprinkles, then serve
